Start with the questions that matterThe seminar focuses on trust planning. These are four questions to keep in mind as you explore the topic.
Consider who may need support and who could manage assets on their behalf. A child and an adult dependant may need very different arrangements.
Asset protection is not automatic. Its extent depends on the trust structure, valid asset transfers and applicable law. A trust does not guarantee protection from creditors or claims.
